All equipment is made to the very highest of standards from the best quality stainless steel, with a tubular stainless steel framework and designed to assist in maintaining high standards of hygiene.
 
As with all the range of Ellidge and Fairley Chinese cuisine gas cookers, these are manufactured as two, three or four ring units and can be produced in larger sizes to special order.

A constant flow of cold water across the cooker top keeps the surface cool and clean by carrying away food splashes and preventing burnt-on deposits, and also helps to maintain a comfortable working environment for staff.
